New-build communities price and release in phases. What a neighbor paid last year is not what the next lot costs.
It belongs to the same south-Kennewick growth story as Southridge and Hansen Park: current-code construction, contemporary floor plans and newer street infrastructure, with the tradeoff against established areas being maturity of landscaping rather than quality of build.
One practical note specific to builder communities. Inventory, pricing and included finishes move by release phase, and a quoted base price is rarely the delivered price once lot premium and options are counted. Those are worth pinning down in writing early rather than late.
